Telas (Path of Fire)

Telas is the warren of fire and is a child warren to the elder warren of fire, Tellann. The power of Telas lies in destruction, it is not a subtle warren, it does not heal, it burns and destroys. Travel through the realm of Telas is dangerous for obvious reasons, it's on fire, the entire domain is a realm of blasted landscapes rife with endless firestorms. Most cadre mages have at least a passing knowledge of Telas, and those who have truly mastered it are feared opponents on the battlefield. Notable among these is the High Mage Tayschrenn, leader of the Malazan mage cadres and a practitioner of high Telas.
